Chef Ed Lee spent two years traveling the country exploring American cuisine in both traditional and innovative forms. His new book "Buttermilk Graffiti" is a memoir of his travels and the characters he met. Lee is the restaurateur behind Louisville’s 610 Magnolia, MilkWood and Whiskey Dry.
