The 1920s was a powerful era of liberation and empowerment for women across the country. It was a time when women were finally able to discover their self-identity through exploring the arts, music and fashion. In celebration of that rebellious spirit, Love, Joy and Faith Yascone, along with their mother Glenda are throwing their annual Prohibition Classic Christmas Open House to support the Kentucky Opera. They stopped by Great Day Live with the Yuletide Ukuleles, which is comprised of Sacred Heart students, to talk more about the event. The event is Saturday, December 8, 2018 from 5:30-9 PM at the Frankfort Avenue Coachhouse, which is located at 2000 Frankfort Avenue in Louisville, KY. For more information, call the Yascone sisters at 502-386-5761 or 917-858-9565.
