LOUISVILLE, Ky. — This was a very big day for the WHAS Crusade for Children. The congregations of two churches donated an amazing sum of money.
A large donation of $84,000 came from the sale of the Faith Separate Baptist Church on Louisville's Cooper Chapel Road and from the realtor's commission. Another donation of $100,000 was donated from another church property sale, but those generous folks wish to remain anonymous.
With those two donations totaling $184,000, that’s quite a jumpstart for the Crusade for Children’s 66th year.
