LOUISVILLE (WHAS11) -- The 66th annual WHAS Crusade for Children telethon is a little less than a month away. But just today, 840 WHAS Radio had an impromptu fundraiser of their own.

During Leland Conway’s morning show, a listener called in and said he'd match up to $500 if other listeners would call in to donate.

In just 10 minutes, they'd already raised more than $500!

If you didn't get a chance to donate there, head over to Mike Linnig’s from four until 9 p.m. for the Hot Rod fundraiser! For the next four Thursdays, the Okolona Street Rods will host fundraisers for the Crusade. Mike Linnig’s is located at 9308 Cane Run Road.
