LOUISVILLE, Ky. — The411: It started out as a dream but a goal that seem to be impossible to achieve if you didn't live in a larger city but the owner Beats by Drea, Andrea Johnson is turning her passion into a fashion necessity by creating a cosmetic line starting with two lip stains.

The makeup artist debuted the stains Heaven and Puddin in 2018.  The names have a meaning.  From the inspirational story about how Drea came up with "Heaven".  Her mother helped name Drea's daughter and because her mom is no longer living it was like a sign to Drea that everything was going to be alright.

The wife, mother, makeup stylist and entrepreneur have her hands full, but she is mastering the juggling act when it comes to following her dreams.  Drea has a great support system and that's what keeps her so motivated.

As I interviewed her, her husband proudly stood behind the camera and took photos and I looked out and saw him smiling.  Drea expressed with so much sincerity that her mother would have been so proud of her.  She chuckled and admitted that she was a handful when she was younger, but she's transformed into a great mother, spouse and business owner.

It will be exciting to see what Beats by Drea has planned for 2019.  To learn more about her lip stains the expansion of the cosmetic line, to booking her for FX or glam makeup or to be a guest on her Beauty and the Boss podcast, go to beatsbydrea.com.
