It's time to train for KDF road races happening this spring!

The 15-week program will get runners and walkers ready for Derby Festival road races.

On your mark, get set, train! If your New Year’s resolution is to get in shape or running a mini-marathon is on your bucket list, you don't have to train alone.

The Humana Kentucky Derby miniMarathon and Marathon are working with Norton Health to provide the Norton Sports Health Training Program.

The free 15-week program will get runners and walkers ready for the upcoming Derby Festival road races.

The first 800 people who register for both the training program and the miniMarathon or Marathon will receive a free long-sleeve shirt.

The kickoff program will be held on January 10th at 6:00 pm at the Kentucky Derby Museum. Participants will get an introduction to how the program works.

So, the countdown to Saturday, April 27th begins. Go online and register today at derbyfestivalmarathon.com.
