Ana joined the WHAS 11 team in September of 2015.

Ana is originally from the First State—Delaware—where she spent a lot of her time on the beach. Ana left the beaches for Central New York winters. Between school and work, she spent almost six years in CNY. She graduated Cum Laude from Syracuse University with dual majors—receiving a degree in broadcast journalism from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications and a degree in political science from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs. She then moved to Utica, NY where she worked for the ABC/FOX affiliates for almost two years.

During her time in Utica, Ana worked as a general assignment reporter covering a wide range of stories from sports to crime. Ana covered two Baseball Hall of Fame Weekends, a presidential visit to the Baseball Hall of Fame, and her favorite story gave her an opportunity to meet New York Yankees great—Derek Jeter.

Ana is excited to be living in Louisville after six very long Central New York winters and can’t wait to explore the city.

When she's not reporting, you can find Ana doing yoga, trying out a new restaurant (there’s too many to keep up), or shopping locally at some type of farmers market. And even though she’ll always be Orange, she can’t wait to catch a game at the Yum! Center.
