man permantly injurd by falling wall

in the alley beside historic "the grand theater" between market and main, therea building owned by classic funiture. a gentalman was walking through the alley when i wall of bricks fell on him,,i called 911 ..he was taken to new albany hospital via ambulance..thats been almost two months ago..yesterday i was backing out of my office and a lady and a child walk through the alley,,popular cut through to get to the new ymca ,, anyway as the aprroached the "bad area" the child was singing and birds flew out of the bricks and lo and behold more of the wall came down ,,missing the child by inches...could have killed her or permantly injured her,,someone needs to do something,,new albany should be a safe place ,but with buildings like this one,,someone else is going to get seriously injured "again,,i keep thinking of that poor guy that got crushed ...wow..hope you guys will cover this,,,my pictures arent justicw,,u should see it first hand,,,you will be shocked!!!812-557-1059..
