Moving on to the finals Competition in the Evening was Elizabethtown High School in class 2A and North Hardin in class 5A. As the announcements aproached, it became very tense in the stadium.
Elizabethtown High School Place 2nd in the state for thier class and North Hardin placed 3rd in the state in thier class. !st was Laffayette, again, and 2nd was Madison Central. 4th place this year went to Dunbar.
All the kids worked very hard to get there this year and deserve a great big round of applause for even making it this far.
Next week in Indianapolis, IN., is the Bands of America Grand Nationals. It is a 3 day competition for Bands from all across the Country. Last year this was held at the Orange Bowl in Fla. North Hardin came in 4th overall at that competition. This year we hope to Be in the front!!! We want to congratulate the kids from North Hardin and E-town for Last nights Wins!!!! And the best of luck to North Hardin at the BOA's next week in Indianapolis!!! GO TROJANS!!!!
