HENRYVILLE, Ind. (WHAS11) -- The National Weather Service has confirmed that the tornado in Henryville was an EF4.

Winds were up to 175 miles-per-hour, and were so strong that documentation from banks in Henryville was found 68 miles east of town.

On Saturday, residents were given the chance to dig through debris to see if they could find any of their prized possessions.

WHAS11's Chelsea Rabideau spoke with homeowner Mindy Nye and Joe Sullivan from the National Weather Service.  Click the video player above to view.
