(WHAS11) -- Nearly three months after the deadly march second tornado outbreak, Eastern Kentucky towns are rebuilding.
The E-F three storm killed six people and destroyed more than 400 homes and businesses.
Kentucky Governor Steve Beshear returned to the town on Friday and signed three bills passed after the storms.
One bill provides for a sales tax rebate on building supplies. A store owner in West Liberty, John Clark, says the rebate will save him $60,000 to $70,000 dollars.
The other bills will help clarify mutual aid procedures for getting help quickly from other states and allow homeowners to cancel contracts with roofers, in order to protect them from being scammed.
