HENRYVILLE, Ind. (WHAS11) -- A Kentuckiana company is pledging to help after the March 2 tornadoes.

On Wednesday a company called Ecotech promised to plant 10,000 trees around Henryville.

You've seen the images of the buildings destroyed but countless trees were also leveled in the severe weather. Ecotech's employees have been part of the clean-up process also.

“This is something that will come about over the next few months and we will not be planting trees today because what we want to do is make sure all the construction and infrastructure is completed before we actually do put a shovel to the ground and actually plant some trees,” Bob Lee, founder, president and CEO of Ecotech Logistics, said.

Employees plan to help with the decade long commitment to plant the trees throughout the area.
