Three confirmed dead in Navy plane crash west of Spokane

The U.S. Navy told Congress that all three crew members aboard one of its planes died in a crash in Eastern Washington. The plane was on a low-level training mission Monday morning when it crashed into a field about 50 miles west of Spokane.
