Education Commissioner: JCPS low schools are failing to improve

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) – Kentucky’s Education Commissioner is warning that the state may have to step in due to Jefferson County Public Schools persistently low-achieving public schools are failing to improve.
