Police say tweet prompts deadly shooting at East Texas mall

Police said Ricky Neal Jr. was at Broadway Square Mall in Tyler, Texas when he ran into a group of young men around 9:30 Saturday morning. They were angry about a tweet Neal had sent to one of their girlfriends.
