Fair board approves Kentucky Kingdom lease, park to open in 2014

After three years of false starts, the long-awaited rebirth of Kentucky Kingdom is now slated for May 2014 after the Kentucky State Fair Board on Thursday approved a preliminary 50-year lease with a group of local investors.
