Portland stop signs vandalized - to say 'POOP' instead

A unique form of vandalism is popping up around Portland. Someone is altering stop signs to say “poop” instead of “stop.” As first reported in the Portland Mercury, the vandalized signs have been spotted in Old Town and the Laurelhurst area.
