Wrongly convicted Louisville man files lawsuit against city and officers

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) – A Louisville man who spent 14 years in prison for a murder he didn’t commit has now filed a lawsuit against the City of Louisville and 8 police officers.
