Vigil held for man shot at bus stop, suspect still on the run

The family of Andre Ballard, 43, is devastated and many in the community are outraged after Ballard was shot leaving work Sunday. There will be a vigil Tuesday night at 10th and Broadway in front of his workplace, Indi’s Fast Food Restaurant.
