Colo. and Wash. approve legalization of marijuana, could Ky. be next?

It's a first, in two states, Colorado and Washington, voters approve the legalization of recreational pot. Now 19 states allow for medicinal use. It has long been talked about in Kentucky, so could this soon become a reality in the Commonwealth?
