Metro Councilman Shanklin walks out of ethics hearing, 'pleads the 5th'

In a surprise move, the attorney for Councilwoman Barbara Shanklin announced she would be pleading the 5th. On the advice of her attorney Shanklin walked out of her ethics hearing while the hearing officer was talking to her.
