Ky. Transportation Cabinet opens one lane of Dixie Hwy. in each direction

The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) is opening Dixie Highway to one lane in each direction in the area of the train derailment. US 31W will be one lane each way between Abbotts Beach Road and the City of West Point.
