Students killed in bus crash identified, 4 children remain at Kosair

The Head Start Child Development Center in Carroll County is closed Tuesday night after a devastating crash that killed two toddlers. The victims of the tragic accident are three-year-olds Caroline Tuttle and Ryder Deitz.
