DNA evidence clears Louisville man of murder charges

Carlos Lagantta was accused of murdering Tina Taro in 2007, but was declared an innocent man in a Jefferson County Court. Lagantta’s defense attorney presented DNA evidence and key testing showed it did not match Lagantta.
