Two children injured in apparent drive-by shooting, two suspects arrested

While kids were playing outside the City View Park Apartments at 11th and Muhammad Ali, shots were fired from an SUV. One bullet hit an11-year-old girl in the leg and shrapnel hit a 7-year-old child.
