Lou. man indicted on manslaughter charge after his sister dies at hospital

Jules Snead was originally arrested on an a assault charge, that charge was upgraded to murder after the sister he is accused of shooting died. Now, a grand jury has indicted him on a lesser charge of manslaughter.
