LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- The ruptured gas line at 1811 Douglass Boulevard in the Highlands has been capped.
Workers installing fiber optic lines nicked a gas line. We are told that 10 homes were effected only two people were home. The winds dispersed most of the gas.
