LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- Police say they will not arrest anyone after an incident on the Ohio River near the LG&E plant Wednesday morning.

Officers responded to a call of "trouble" around 8:40 a.m. Wednesday near the Greenwood boat ramp.

Police brought three people off a boat, two men and a woman, Amanda Borders, 22. Borders' mom says she grew concerned when her daughter left home Tuesday night and did not show back up.

She says her daughter started calling her around 3 a.m. crying and dropping hints that she was on a boat near the LG&E plant.

Police eventually found the boat and brought everyone off in handcuffs. They say no one will be arrested.
