LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- WHAS11's Joe Arnold and Gary Roedemeier talk with Miss America Laura Kaeppeler about visiting her first Kentucky Derby and her platform, Operation Open Arms, a foster program for children who have mothers in prison.
Tickets are still available for Silks in the Bluegrass which is being held May 5 at 7:30 p.m. at the Crowne Plaza for Operation Open Arms. Tickets are $250 each.
