(WHAS11) -- The new millionaire has not stepped forward just yet but we do know it was sold at the Circle K in Centerfield, Kentucky just outside of Crestwood.

WHAS11's Claudia Coffey spoke to the clerk that sold the winning ticket and he thinks chances are pretty high that the person who bought that ticket is local.

The million dollar ticket was sold at the Circle K in Centerfield between the hours of 8 and 9 p.m. on Wednesday night.

"We are going to sell a 320 million dollar one this week guys," customer Mike Yokum said.

"I made a phone call today [Thursday] to tell my manager I was running late and my manager's like hey there's something I got to tell you. And i thought I did something wrong when I was closing last night . But apparently I sold a million dollar ticket," Aaron Harkins, sold winning ticket said.

Now the guessing game has begun.

"I came up here last night but apparently was not in the correct time frame," Yokum said.

Aaron has been trying to remember his customers and he said almost all of them locals.

"I'm trying to think if it's one of those ones that bought milk or a polar pop or something and I said hey the Powerball is 260 million, you want to get a Powerball? And there were a few that said yeah, it's only two dollars let's go ahead and get one . So I am wondering if it might be one of those," Harkins said.

Aaron feels honored to have sold that ticket and odd  that it was him. Last week he gave his wife $20, only to have it stolen. Then Wednesday night he became a part of lotto history.

"Someone stole $20 and yesterday I ended up selling a million dollar ticket. I feel like Karma has come back around and allowed me to bless someone with a lot of money," Harkins said.

The store will get $10,000 for selling the winning ticket. Kentucky also had two $10,000 winners.

The tickets were both sold in Louisville, one at Speedway on Southside Drive and the other at Kroger on Linn Station Road.

Those tickets matched four numbers plus the Powerball. Saturday's drawing has a jackpot of $320 million.
