INDIANAPOLIS (WHAS11) -- Indiana State Treasurer Richard Mourdock isn't ruling out another run for office following what he calls a painful loss in the November senate race.
Mourdock lost to Senator Joe Donnelly in a close race after comments he made at a debate in New Albany that pregnancy resulting from rape could be something quote "god intended".
The 61-year-old Murdock has two years left in his term as treasurer.
He spoke at three GOP Lincoln Day Dinners last week and has three more planned this week.
