LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) - - The Whiskey Row Development Team, Main Street Revitalization LLC has moved up the timetable to begin stabilization work on the buildings after last week's press conference.
"After further inspection and review of the buildings, it became apparent that deterioration was occurring at an increasing rate," said Craig Greenberg, a member of the development team.
The owners have engaged Sullivan-Cozart to begin immediate stabilization work. Work on the Whiskey Row properties will begin Monday at noon.
