(WHAS11) -- This is the day a Kentuckiana woman has been waiting for. A judge is reviewing evidence that could exonerate Susan King, for the 1997 murder of Kyle Breeden.
Susan King says she did not kill her boyfriend. In May 2012 Richard Jarrell confessed to killing Breeden 14 years ago but since recanted. In court Thursday he pleaded the fifth.
