SEYMOUR, Ind. (WHAS11) -- Striking it rich! A million dollar lottery ticket was sold in Seymour, Indiana and now the winner has come forward.
But he wasn’t the only big winner. A mother and daughter duo also took home a pretty good prize. Now they get to answer the question so many of us wish we were faced with, what they plan to do with the money.
“Just disbelief. I couldn't believe it I didn't think anything like this would happen to me,” Chris Anderson, who won a million dollars after playing $10 on scratch off tickets said.
Anderson plans to buy a house and send his daughter to college.
He and a mother and daughter by the name of Martha and Lucinda won from scratch off tickets at the Circle K in Seymour on Oak Street.
Martha and Lucinda won $50,000. They plan to buy some furniture, a car and donate the rest to their church.
The tickets were sold within 48 hours of each other.
