LOUISVILLE, Ky. -- The University of Louisville has marked the halfway point on construction of the new student recreation center.
UofL President James Ramsey and more than 50 students signed the final beam and workers then installed it at a Topping-Off Ceremony on Tuesday.
The facility will open in October.
