LEXINGTON, Ky. (WHAS11) -- New details tonight about the University of Kentucky’s plans to renovate and expand Commonwealth Stadium.
UK is now looking for consultants on the project and say they want construction to start in December.
Some of the improvements: a new student's seating section, new locker rooms and sixteen new suites.
The project is being paid for by revenue from UK Athletics and not tax dollars.
