(WHAS 11)-- The type of sugar you eat could either make you feel full or even hungrier according to a new study out of Yale University.
Researchers studied participants who ate two different kinds of sugar. Glucose turned off a person's appetite. But eating fructose did not.
Doctors say fructose sugars can lead to overeating.
And by the way, table sugar contains both kinds.
The study was published in the Journal of the American Medical Association.
