(WHAS11) -- After numerous home break-ins in Jefferson County, police now have two people in custody.
Louisville Metro Police arrested Joshua Eigelbach of Prospect and Christopher Meadars of Taylorsville for their alleged responsibility for at least four of the crimes in Glenview of Eastern Jefferson County near the river and one home burglary in Glenmary of Southern Jefferson County.
Police say they kicked in the doors of the homes and then took off with jewelry and other items. Both have been charged with burglary and criminal mischief.
