LOUISVILLE, KY-(NEWS RELEASE) -- After a briefing from the crew at the site of the transload the following information is available:

The first butadiene rail tank car has been transloaded and the second butadiene car will continue throughout Tuesday evening.  The plan for Tuesday evening is to transload the remaining full butadiene rail car and to remove the transloaded material from the site by 2 a.m.

Command advises air and barge traffic restrictions will be lifted.  There continues to be air monitoring throughout the hot zone and surrounding areas. The two HF cars will be transloaded November 14, beginning at 730 a.m.

Air and barge traffic restrictions will go into effect again at this time.  The original plan for transload of HF today was ceased as more nitrogen was needed for the transload, which is being brought in for tomorrow's transload.  Nitrogen is an inert gas that assists with pressure on the line for movement from one side of the transload hose to the other.
