LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- Do you have old newspapers, junk mail even outdated computers cluttering up your garage and basement?

Now you can clear that clutter and make some real money for the WHAS Crusade for Children.

The owners of Greenway Shredding and Recycling have come up with a unique way to raise money for the Crusade. Drop your documents or old computers by the company's Watterson Trail location and get them shredded for a donation to help children with special needs.

"We're going to come out to your car.  We're going to get it.  We're going to destroy it.  If you want to witness that we're more than happy to let you into the warehouse and witness it.  It's just something we wanted to do for the Crusade," Jim Borgmann, with Greenway Shredding and Recycling, said.

This program at Greenway Shredding and Recycling is open to all Kentuckiana families.

For directions to Greenway's Watterson Trail location, just head to the crusade website.
