LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- A Kentucky representative, facing ethics complaints is accused of making inappropriate advances and comments towards women.
Cassaundra Cooper and Yolanda Costner, both longtime Kentucky State House employees made the complaints against Representative John Arnold of Sturgis.
The issue was discussed on the House floor.
Louisville Democrat Tom Riner, told lawmakers it's time to take action.
Republicans said that top House Democrats knew about the incidents and didn't do anything, but House Speaker Greg Stumbo said he never had any first hand knowledge.
