(WHAS11) -- A police chase Friday unfolded live on WHAS11 News.
The chase started in Clarksville, Ind. when police pulled over an SUV. According to police the man was wanted on a felony and after he was pulled over he attempted to ram a police cruiser. Police then pursued the man into Kentucky.
The chase ended near the Water Tower on River Road in Louisville when the man abandoned his vehicle and jumped into the Ohio River.
The man hid from police in some nearby barges but has since been apprehended. The suspect is now in custody.
