(WHAS11) -- With the traffic problems out of the way, the only problem for race fans Saturday was coping with triple digit temperatures.
Many fans at the track noticed that attendance seemed lower than expected after major changes were made to parking and traffic flow. Out of the more than 107,000 seats available, many seemed empty for Saturday's NASCAR race.
