LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- Jefferson County Public School officials are still trying to determine who started Instagram accounts that show sexually explicit images.

The accounts were asking for people to submit pictures of students from certain schools and then post racy comments.

The district says this is a clear violation of their policy and is an example of cyberbullying.

The Louisville Metro Police told WHAS11 that as far as they can tell no crime has been committed. In the pictures the students have their clothes on and they can't identify those in the nude pictures.

Some parents say they'd like to see law enforcement take the lead.
