LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- After receiving a call from the school that her daughter was being dropped off at 32nd and Garfield, a mother picked up her 19-year-old daughter with cerebral palsy and began to walk home when they heard the second round of gunshots just blocks away.
