JENNINGS COUNTY, Ind. (WHAS11) -- An Indiana prosecutor says no charges will be filed against a man who acted in self-defense when he fatally shot another man in Jennings County.
Donald Williams, 57, was arrested after shooting his daughter's boyfriend, 24-year-old Jeremy Moore in the front yard of her North Vernon home last month.
The prosecutor said Williams went to the house after Moore had been in a hospital with drug-abuse problems.
Witnesses say Moore attacked Williams, which led to the shooting.
