"Tale of the Horse" Cocktail 2012
Recipe:
1.5 oz Absolut Vanilla
1 oz Godiva Dark Chocolate Liquer
1 shot of espresso
2 tbsp of chai powder
1 egg white
1 tsp whipped cream
Shake above ingredients
Top with Banana whipped Cream.
Garnish with slice of banana and chocolate
covered coffee beans.
Banana Whipped Cream Recipe:
1 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp banana extract
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Whip the above ingredients.
Serve on top of cocktail.
