LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- Over the next several weeks the Metro Council Ethics Commission will be reviewing recommendations made by the hearing officer in the ethics investigation against Councilwoman Barbara Shanklin.
Shanklin has been accused of violating several provisions of the city's ethics code. The Ethics Commission got those recommendations on Tuesday, Feb. 5, and will now hold several more meetings to deliberate.
