Louisville, Ky. (WHAS11) - Spiders are forcing Mazda to recall vehicles--again!

Mazda officials have issued a recall for 42,000 vehicles. The automaker said spiders may build webs in a vent hose and cause the fuel tank to crack, which can lead to an increased fire risk.

The recall affectes 2010 to 2012 Mazda 6 vehicles equipped with 2.5 liter engines.

Mazda officials said they will notify owners, and dealers will fix the problem at no charge.

This is the second time in three years Mazda has issued a recall because of spiders.
