CALLOWAY CO., Ky. (WHAS11) -- A funeral will be held Thursday for a Manual High School graduate, killed in a crash over the weekend near Murray State University.
Kentucky State Police say Shelby Theiss lost control of her vehicle while crossing a snow and ice covered bridge and hit a truck head on in Western Kentucky. It happened on KY 94 in Calloway County.
The driver in the truck was not injured.
Theiss is a graduate from Manual High School and was a junior at Murray State studying finance.
